- For Same Day delivery: Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- For Standard delivery: Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
Delivery Confirmation & Proof
Our delivery process includes verification to ensure your products reach the correct recipient:
- Recipients may be required to show identification matching the order details.
- For Payment on Delivery orders, payment must be made before package inspection.
- Delivery confirmation is captured via digital signature or photo verification.
Important Notes
- Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions and public holidays.
- For apartment buildings or secured compounds, please provide access details during checkout.
- We reserve the right to verify the buyer's identity to prevent fraud.
- If you're not available to receive your package, we'll make one additional delivery attempt before returning the item to our warehouse.
