Items Eligible for Return

  • Unopened items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Items that don't match the product description
  • Incorrect items received
  • Most electronic gadgets (subject to inspection)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers/UPC codes
  • Activated software or digital products
  • Memory cards, earphones, and earbuds (once opened, for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of use or installation
  • Special order or customized products

Refund Information

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 3-5 business days after refund approval
  • Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days after refund approval
  • Payment on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit

Refund Deductions

The following deductions may apply to refunds:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns
