- Unopened items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items that don't match the product description
- Incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items

- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers/UPC codes

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: 3-5 business days after refund approval
- Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days after refund approval
- Payment on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit
Refund Deductions
The following deductions may apply to refunds:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns
